When work actually works for people, individual’s economic and emotional well-being increases. And there is a ripple effect: communities, companies, the economy, and our democracy, thrive.

We’re remote friendly (and first)

While our organization started in San Francisco, CA, our team is remote and distributed. Our volunteers in particular are not only across the United States, but across the world. We work hard to make sure everyone feels engaged, included, and heard.
